2. Riding Gear Safety Limitations

⚠️ IMPORTANT RIDER SAFETY WARNING: Protective motorcycle gear, particularly helmets, is engineered to absorb impacts. Used helmets may have internal structural degradation, micro-cracks, or compromises from drops that are not visible to the naked eye. Purchasing and wearing pre-owned helmets carries inherent risk. Buyers assume all risk regarding the safety, certification (ECE, DOT, SNELL, SHARP, ISI), and impact integrity of any purchased equipment.

3. Buyer Inspection Mandate

Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect gear in-person prior to purchasing. Check for:

• Helmet shells for cracks, deep impact scratches, or loose EPS liners.
• Riding jackets and pants for frayed seams, worn slide areas, or compromised armor pockets.
• Riding boots and gloves for loose stitching or torn leather.
• Verification of manufacture date codes to ensure gear has not exceeded its service life (generally 5 years for helmets).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moto Market, its administrators, creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, injuries, or fatalities arising out of your use of the platform, transactions with other users, or the performance/failure of any gear purchased through listings.

Users carry the entire risk of financial loss or fraud if sending payments in advance of receiving gear, or shipping gear prior to receiving verified bank deposits. We do not offer transaction guarantees, buyer protection, escrow services, or payment resolution options.
